ONLY CHILD AERIAL THEATRE,

founded in 2013 by aerial artists/actors Nicki Miller and Kendall Rileigh, is a multi-disciplinary performance and education company whose creative work researches the poetic and narrative possibilities of aerial arts.

Nicki Miller
Co-Founding Artistic Director


Nicki Miller is a director, choreographer, and performer known for her theatrical take on aerial arts. Recent credits include aerial designer and choreographer for Ripe Time’s “The World is Round” at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), assistant director of 5th Wall Studio's "Breaking Surface" in NYC, and performer in ABCirque’s “Different Trains.” Invited residencies: Cirkus Cirkör (Sweden), the 2016/17 New Victory LabWorks Program, the Santa Barbara Floor to Air Festival, Circus Sessions at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre, the Contemporary Circus Arts Festival of Toronto, and the 2018 Frequent Flyers’ Aerial Dance Festival in Colorado where and Nicki was the recipient of the Glenn P. Davis Aerial Choreographer’s scholarship award. Nicki is a graduate of Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts. Kendall Rileigh
Co-Founder

Kendall is an NYC-based actor, aerialist/acrobat, and choreographer from NC.  She recently played Golda Meir in the Broadway touring production of the one-woman show Golda's Balcony (as Tovah Feldshuh's understudy).  Other tours: Trenches, Great Expectations, Charlotte's Web.  Off-Broadway: The Groundling, The Brightness of Heaven, Another Part of the Forest, Savage in Limbo.  TV: 30 Rock.  Training: Duke University, Moscow Art Theatre, Circus Warehouse.  Kendall was a 2016 resident choreographer at Firkin Crane (Cork, Ireland) and was aerial director for Delaware Theatre Company's Hetty Feather in spring of 2017. www.kendallrileigh.com
